Eine umfassende Einweisung ins Fahrzeug habe ich trotz einer kurzfristigen terminlichen Änderung erhalten. Hierzu vielen Dank! Das zeichnet Kundenservice und Spontanität aus.

Im Autocenter-Benz in Biberach hat einfach alles gepasst. Von der Probefahrt hin, die Beratung und dann auch die ganze Kaufabwicklung. Absolut Empfehlenswert.

I baught a pre-registered car from this showroom . The sales man didn’t care much about the customer and I felt a lack of transparency in communication. The vehicle delivery took too long even though the car was there standing in their compound. Later I have also found that one of the feature listed is also not available on the car. When asked, the answer was that all features promised are there and I need to go a service centre to get it checked. I did so and the service centre confirmed that the feature is not available with the car. I don’t recommend this dealer.

Hab den PKW zwar nicht gekauft weil am Preis nichts mehr ging, aber der Kontakt war ansonsten Perfekt. Vielleicht klappt es ja beim nächsten Mal.

Händler ist Kundenorientiert! Rückruf innerhalb 1 Stunde nach Kontakaufnahme. Leider war Fahrzeug schon verkauft.
