Despite the discount we received, the dealership failed to inform us in advance that the vehicle had several significant issues. The car has a problem with the air suspension, the automatic high beams do not work (an error appears every time the car is started), there is a stone chip crack on the front windshield, and the rear tires are completely worn out. We reported all of this to them, yet they ignored every message.
Additionally, they sold us the vehicle without VAT, even though it later turned out that the car is subject to VAT and does not fall under the special margin scheme. This resulted in us losing an extra week gathering evidence and dealing with the Slovenian tax office, which took a very strict approach to our case. After countless phone calls, messages, and emails, they finally corrected the invoice and refunded us the VAT difference.
Considering everything described above, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle.
