  What we liked about this dealer as a company is the clarity and simplicity of their operation. They were very quick and very direct in their approach, which we liked very much. They are very professional and pretty organised in their operation. What they described in the advert for the car was exactly what we found. Our contact person was Vittorio, who we found him be very professional and direct. From the first contact we had over the phone, he was very transparent and honest about every aspect of the car (all the good and potential minor issues of the car). He clearly and transparently explained them with honesty. We really appreciated that. Then it was very simple to organise a side visit. Once we arrived at the site, he took the proper time to explain to us the details and answer all our questions. He completed the process very smoothly and was even very kind to contact us and check how things are going after we took the car. Maybe it is relevant for some people who are English speakers, Vittorio is fluent in English, and that was very helpful as well. Basically, we couldn't find any negatives to mention about Vittorio as well as the company itself. Thank you, My Car and a special mention to Vittorio.
