I contacted the garage for a mini . The seller sent me a video as I could not travel easily. I was about to transfert the money for the car when my wife changed her mind. I was fond of the car though. I did not buy the car and I still regret it… But happy wife happy life… To sum-up: seller very responsive.

Le véhicule à le turbo qui siffle tellement fort que c'est sur qu'il va très rapidement tomber en panne ; et cela le vendeur ne le précise pas dans l'annonce et se lance dans des explications farfelues pour ne pas reconnaitre le probleme Et le pire ; il demande 20€ en espèce pour qu'on ai le droit d'essayer la voiture , sans meme faire de facture...................

I bought an Audi A4 from this dealer. The ad description stated that the car would be delivered with new service and a one-year warranty. The guarantee cannot be given in international sales because it would not cover faults, but you cannot deliver a machine with an expiring service (expires in 24 days) and don't give me a discount by taking advantage of the fact that I'm from another country. I asked for a ride from the airport, but he told me it wasn't possible.Customers are not treated like that, I do the same job as him.

The car is good but there was a faulty system (tire pressure system). One of the tires had a broken valve and I replaced on my expenses but that was ok. I asked then for a refund to fix the tire pressure system at BMW but the reply was outrageous: “You bought a cheap (12900 euros) car so we don’t check those things. If you bought a more expensive car, like 20k euros or so, then we would have checked”… I don’t think there are class A and class B customers, and I don’t think customers should be treated like that.
