Die Kommunikation war sowohl bei der Kontaktaufnahme als auch im Telefonat durchaus professionell. Einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterließ jedoch die Fahrzeugbeschreibung; lt. Inserat handelte es sich um ein Fahrzeug aus 3. Hand, tatsächlich wurde mir jedoch am Telefon eröffnet, dass es bereits aus 4. Hand ist.

I was interested in the car but had to drive 3 hours from Holland. I made an appointment and asked for a testdrive. Unfortunately this was not possible, the car was not prepared. It took 24 hours to prepare the car, so I explained to make an appointment the day after. The reply I got was that they canceled my reservation and they wished me a good day and sold the car to someone else. I saw that the car was not longer available, but nevertheless the car is suddenly available again. Shameless and lousy salesman. That’s not the way I like to be treated.

Nur ein Anruf Termin gemacht war umsonst da wenn ich da bin sollte ich nochmal anrufen werde abgeholt habe ich gemacht war vor Ort und mehrmals anrufen den Verkäufer leider nicht erreicht und nach Hause gefahren
