“la berlina per chi sognava una sportiva” è questo il titolo della rivista ruote classiche di questo mese.

Un'auto straordinaria, acquistata due anni fa dal suo unico proprietario precedente, un meccanico di Perugia. Lui l'aveva acquistata nuova nel 1983 e l'ha tenuta negli ultimi anni, fino al mio acquisto, dopo averla lasciata in garage per molti anni, coperta e ferma.
Nel corso di questi due anni, l'auto è stata oggetto di un restauro completo della carrozzeria, con una verniciatura effettuata utilizzando il codice colore originale BMW DELPHIN METALLIC. Ogni fase del restauro è stata eseguita con cura e attenzione ai minimi dettagli. Sono stati acquistati numerosi componenti originali BMW, come ad esempio la cornice cromata delle guarnizioni dei vetri anteriore e posteriore (al costo di oltre 400€), la spugna sotto il cofano paracalore, e molte altre piccole parti.
Sono presenti anche diversi optional originali che non erano inclusi nel modello di serie, come il specchietto retrovisore destro, che all'epoca era un accessorio opzionale, e i cerchi Alpina, completi di coppette coprimozzo (non visibili nelle foto).
L'auto è perfetta anche per l'uso quotidiano, infatti la sto utilizzando regolarmente senza alcun problema, con consumi ridotti grazie ai numerosi interventi meccanici eseguiti. È stata completamente revisionata e ottimizzata per l'affidabilità.
L'auto è accompagnata dal libretto di servizio originale e dal libretto di circolazione contribuendo alla sua storicità, ed ora ha quello nuovo dopo il passaggio di proprietà, fatto da me.
Dispongo di oltre 490 foto che documentano ogni fase del restauro, dimostrando la meticolosità del lavoro svolto. La scatola filtro, ad esempio, è stata sabbiata e verniciata come in originale, mentre l'emblema "315" sul baule posteriore è stato riacquistato direttamente da BMW e verrà consegnato con l'auto.
Si tratta di un'auto da sogno, con dettagli iconici che rispecchiano il fascino di un'epoca ancora oggi affascinante.
Inoltre, sono inclusi tre mazzi di chiavi differenti e c'è la possibilità di effettuare qualsiasi prova su strada. L'auto è pronta per essere portata ovunque, se necessario

"The sedan for those who dreamed of a sports car" is the title of this month’s issue of Ruote Classiche magazine.
An extraordinary car, purchased two years ago from its only previous owner, a mechanic from Perugia. He had bought it new in 1983 and kept it for many years until I acquired it, after it had been stored in a garage, covered and unused, for a long period.
Over the course of these two years, the car has undergone a complete body restoration, with a respray done using the original BMW DELPHIN METALLIC color code. Every phase of the restoration was carried out with great attention to detail. Numerous original BMW components were purchased, such as the chrome trim for the front and rear window seals (which cost over €400), the heat-shield sponge under the hood, and many other small parts.
Several original options that were not included in the standard model are also present, such as the right side mirror, which was an optional accessory at the time, and the Alpina wheels, complete with hubcap covers (not visible in the photos).
The car is also perfect for daily use, as I am currently driving it regularly without any issues, benefiting from reduced fuel consumption thanks to the numerous mechanical interventions that have been made. It has been completely revised and optimized for reliability.
The car comes with the original service booklet and the original registration document, which contribute to its historical value, and now it has a new registration after the transfer of ownership, which I completed.
I also have over 490 photos documenting every stage of the restoration, demonstrating the meticulousness of the work done. For example, the air filter box was sandblasted and repainted to original specifications, while the "315" emblem on the rear trunk has been repurchased directly from BMW and will be delivered with the car.
This is a dream car, with iconic details that reflect the charm of an era that remains captivating to this day.
Additionally, three different sets of keys are included, and there is the possibility of any road test. The car is ready to be driven anywhere if needed.
