This Mercedes-Benz 600 was ordered by owner of the Palace Hotel in Montreux. And was used for hotel services for a long period of time to drive their ultra VIP guests around.
The amount of well know musicians that sat in this car is amazing. Not just because the hotel was very nice but also the hotspot during the famous Montreux Jazz festival. The most famous back seat passenger perhaps was Diana Ross on her way to her wedding in Montreux.
After its active service the Mercedes-Benz was painstakingly restored at the Mercedes-Benz workshop at the factory. This has all been documented and the invoices come with the car.
