The Ford Mustang Bullitt is a special edition Mustang inspired by the iconic 1968 film Bullitt, in which Steve McQueen drove a 1968 Mustang GT 390 Fastback in dark green. Modern Bullitt models, such as the 2019 version, combine classic styling with modern performance, with signature details such as the absence of most emblems and a powerful 5.0L V8 engine. The original example from the film later sold at auction for a record $3.74 million, making it the most expensive Mustang ever.
