Hello. With a heavy heart I am thinking about selling my 1983 Porsche 944.
The car has normal wear marks for it's age, but is generally in very good condition. The paint is no longer perfect, but it has no rust and is completely solid. Very original down to the factory radio. In the images it wears a momo prototipo steering wheel, but the original one is also present.
Mechanically the car is in great condition and comes with MOT. In the last year I have done loads of work with quality parts to have it as a reliable daily classic. Some of the work that has been done:
New water pump, thermostat, fan switch, fresh coolant
New timing and balance belts and rollers
Fresh oil and filter
New fuel pump, filter, fuel pressure regulator
Injectors cleaned and overhauled with new o-rings, filters and caps
New ignition coil, wires, distributor cap and rotor, spark plugs
New crank speed and reference sensors
New ignition switch, DME relay, temperature sensor
DME computer replaced with a good used unit
New hatch struts
New rear half-shafts
New steering rod rubbers
And many more small pieces and work done to it. All demonstrable with receipts. I have some spare and old parts and a car cover to go with it.
